Who We Are
Spincast is a brand-new TV network viewable through an app on any mobile device, Smart TV, or Web browser. But Spincast is also a dynamic marketing engine with built-in tools that consumers, studios, and advertisers are already using today to access digital media, publish content, and initiate inbound marketing. Our target customers are content (entertainment) TV providers. Their target markets are advertisers and consumers. And the advertisers’ target market is consumers specifically interested in what these advertisers/brands might have to offer.
What We Do
We provide a necessary and sought-after platform previously unavailable to content providers, equipping them with tools to acquire the advertiser dollars and brand interest they need, and the transmedia user experience they want. Storytellers, catalog owners, sporting leagues, entertainers, and brands have the tools to monetize content on a global scale regardless of their business models, while maintaining total control of their brands. These content providers can distribute under their own branded apps in addition to being included in the Spincast Network, generating both a consumer push and pull-in.
Why it’s necessary
Currently, the market is supplied by traditional broadcasters (e.g.: ABC, NBC, etc.); cable (HBO, etc.); and new media providers such as Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, Roku, and, to a lesser extent, YouTube. However, our platform provides significant advantages, most notably the usable data that professional content providers and advertisers want – right down to street level – and a dynamic marketing engine with built-in tools that consumers, studios, and advertisers are already using today to access digital media, publish content, and initiate inbound marketing. In other words, instant access to consumers not currently available to content providers and instant knowledge of what a consumer wants from an advertiser. Plus, we are already up and being used by Smart TV and device manufacturers.
HOW WE’LL MARKET AND GROW
Spincast has agreements in place, and our apps are viewed and downloaded daily on the most popular device and Smart TV hardware manufacturers, including Apple, Vizio, Samsung, Android, and the list goes on. But we won’t stop there. We plan to implement our app/player technology on all vendor platforms quickly and secure “front page” placement on all OEM devices. To rapidly reach our target customer base, we’ll utilize a combined effort of direct contact, social and print media engagement, and active participation in industry associations, conventions, conferences, and shows, including the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, NATPE, NAB, NCTA, and many other highly efficient and economic methods that make sense. Concurrently, we’ll engage directly with ad agencies and similar, generating the interest and revenue stream they and our content providers are looking for, yielding increased Spincast earnings.
